This is a simplex filter lithography machine, the vibration plate on the worktable will be transported into batches of filters to the linear vibrator, arranged and moved to the front of the linear vibrator to complete clamping positioning, CCD identified to be etched filter position is accurate, clamping device rotation for other three sides detection, positioning and trigger laser etching.
