In order to implement the guiding opinions on promoting the transformation and upgrading of the automobile maintenance industry and improving the quality of service, the measures for the public implementation and management of technical information on automobile maintenance, and the decision of the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China on amending the Regulations on the management of motor vehicle maintenance, to guide homogeneous parts in the auto parts manufacturing enterprises to form a consensus, to create a healthy and orderly development environment for the auto maintenance market, and to promote the implementation of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China “Urgently needed talents in the industrial and information fields”training program, train a group of high-level talents, promote the overall breakthrough of the same-quality parts in the field of core auto parts production, promote China’s auto maintenance market to break the monopoly of the industry, achieve honest management, and protect the interests of auto consumers, to promote the sustained and rapid development of the automobile maintenance industry, the first training course for auto parts suppliers was held in Beijing on February 28,2016 by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, the Auto Parts Working Committee of China Auto Maintenance Industry Association and China Auto Parts Industry Corporation. President of China Automobile Maintenance Association Sun Shouren attended and delivered a speech. In his speech, President Sun Shouren made clear the development direction of the training class, “It is hoped that the ‘training course for automotive suppliers of the same quality accessories’will combine with the production practice of the enterprise, teach students in accordance with local conditions and their aptitude, combine theoretical training with practical case training, adopt flexible and diversified forms such as technical competition and appraisal examination, and combine teaching, discussion and on-the-spot observation in training methods with each other. Choose the best method and format and organize the training.”
